This year, PSS has become an integral part of the Global Strategic Sourcing Initiative in the area of reducing expenditure on communication materials creation. With your commitment to this initiative, PSS has had a very successful year and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support.

Before we break up for the festive season, we'd like to share with you some end of year results and tell you about what new gifts to expect in 2007.
 
  • PSS contains nearly 6,000 pieces of communication materials
  • 50% of this total was created alone in 2006
       - approx 250 items per month!
  • PSS is being used by over 30 countries.

What's new in 2007
 
In the early part of 2007 we will be launching a new artwork creation interface to PSS that makes it easier and quicker for users to access artwork.   The new interface will include an advanced search mechanism, automatic display of the latest artworks and include a category function to enable users to file brochures by project type rather than template.  This is a major development for PSS and vital to its growth. 
 
Additional Multipage Layouts
We will be introducing new layouts to the tool which make it easier for users to create product price list pages and switch-to product pages.  These pages will fit within the multipage templates.

Updates on new projects
We know how difficult it is to keep on top of new projects and innovations; therefore we will give you our commitment to regularly keep you up-to-date with any new materials that are created in the PSS tool with a new PSS News feature.
 
Here are just a few of the projects we are currently working on that are due to be launched in 2007:
Suma Coffee Range - brochure & mini guide material
Hygiene Plans - generic product to use guides for sectors
Environmental policy material
All of which when launched are immediately accessible for JohnsonDiversey employees!
