What is the PSS Creation Tool? JohnsonDiversey’s Product Sales Support Creation Tool is a user friendly, password protected, internet driven system designed to facilitate the production of quality brochure material without the need for external creative agencies or graphic studios. JDPSS consists of a number of templates custom built for master editors covering different product portfolios or other documents. It creates brochure artwork in Adobe Acrobat pdf file format in either A4 or US letter format. These pdfs have been optimised to produce quality results which can be used for both internal (laser/desk jet or internal print department) or external (digital or litho) printing - particularly useful (and cost effective) if larger quantities are required (see printing). What are the benefits of using this tool? The tool is simple and quick to use – as it uses browser technology it’s already on your desktop! Using preformatted templates means that without any desk top publishing skills, editors can create artwork within minutes just by typing and selecting items from simple drop down menu boxes. No creative agencies - this saves money and as the results can be seen in minutes, this also saves time. Artwork is instantly available for printing. Plus once a pdf master has been created, it can be copied and localised easily - again without the involvement of creative or translation agencies. Why should you use it?
