To help with master or local sheet management you can download an up-to-date "activity report" direct from the PSS home page.
This report lists all of the sheets within the tool giving details of:
- Template
- Sheet name
- ISO code
- User details
- Date last updated.
Select "download activity report"
from your home page.
This will automatically download an
up-to-date activity report to your
computer.
This report is in the form of an
excel spreadsheet.
Open the .csv file and this will
open into Microsoft Excel.
Select "data" then "sort" from your
menu bar.
Sort by "email address" and the
spreadsheet will bunch all of your
sheets together.
From this list you can cross reference against your list of sheets and see where you may need to delete any unwanted sheets or revisit any sheets that are not correctly coded (see ISO Code).
