Creating Local Masters
For some templates, there is now the function for local countries to produce their own local masters - ie sheets that are not a copy of an existing international master.

How does it work?
Simple!  For the templates where it applies, you will see a file in the master list called "Local Country Master".  This is basically a "blank" sheet containing no formatted text or images.  The local editor simply selects "local sheet" and then "add product sheet" to create their local master.

How is it stored?
Local masters are stored in the same way as your other local files. To re-locate your local file simply go to the template again, select local country master in the master list and click local sheet, there you will find all the local masters you have produced.

How should it be used?
Only those approved local editors can create masters within the available templates and local masters should be products/systems relating to the original template - ie local TASKI sheets for the TASKI template.

The use of the template will be monitored by the Master Editor and GCS Admin.

For further queries, please contact the master editor of that template or Julie Marston.
